The Gold Medal Shav-A-Doo is a sturdy and easy to use Sno Kone machine. Locations with limited space will appreciate the small footprint, but its ¼ HP motor. Will shave 200-300 pounds of ice per hour, more if you can keep up! It is a stainless construction with an eye catching blue powder coated top and bottom. The hopper and pusher handle is made of sturdy cast aluminum. The hopper can handle crushed or cubed ice 2-3 inches in size.

To use: Fill the hopper, place the push handle into position, and while pushing the momentary switch, simply apply downward pressure to the pusher handle. You will immediately start making ice. This unit will not work if you don’t push the momentary switch. This is an important added safety feature. The removable sno pan helps with easy cleanup. Unit comes with an ice scoop, drain hose, and sno dipper. Remember: Harder ice produces a finer snow; while soft ice will result in a more, coarse snow. (Softer ice will also prolong the blade-life). Always follow instructions within the manual for set up, care, & cleaning. NOTE: Never allow any foreign or metallic objects around or in the shaver head. Items such as ice picks and scoops in this area could damage the blades.

Making snow cones couldn't be easier. Simply take ice and crush or shave to make it thin and fine- like snow. If you don't have a snow cone machine, you can easily use a blender or food processor to achieve this ice texture. Then, pack ice into a snow cone cup or other glass, and top with the shaved ice syrup flavor or your choice!
